THE VILLA

Welcome to the Villa Anasa, a luxurious home away from home nestled in the hills of Dikastika, Greece, located in the historic Marathon region. The villa was designed by the SER architects in 2023.

Perched atop a hill, the villa offers sweeping panoramic views of the azure Aegean Sea, where the horizon meets the sky in a breath taking display. The villa features modern design embracing the surrounding natural landscape.

THE VILLA OUTDOORS

With lots of outdoor spaces, you can enjoy large dining and family gatherings, evening chats under the stars in the panoramic barbeque area, sun-bathing in the pool decks or dips in the private pool, quite times on the hammock or get yourself exploring the nature around.

SCHINIAS BEACH

The nearest beach is 5 min drive away and is one of the most tranquil and beautiful beaches in Attika region - Schinias beach. Schinias beach is impressive due to it's ~4 km of forest directly along the seashore.

With its enormous coastline, it’s the largest and calmest seaside of east Attica, thus making it ideal for anybody looking for a peace of mind in a non-commercialized, environmentally protected, forested beach.
